New Gadget Alert!
I am the best-treated and most spoiled girl on the planet. Chuck ordered me an Apple 60gb Video ipod yesterday out of the blue and surprised me with the news last night! So now I'll finally be able to be caught up with Lost episodes right on my ipod, without missing a beat while I'm stuck in the 15-item line at Albertson's. :)
Not to mention being able to bore people to death with all the pictures I plan to store on there... let's see, there's the Hawaii trip, the Arizona trip, the old gig pics...aah the new-found possibilities to run people off at an alarming rate!
Seriously though, I'm really looking forward to it, I am indeed a lucky (read: blessed) girl.

Here's something I just discovered on my Nano:
1) Start listening to a song (not sure if it works with movies).
2) Unplug the headphones.
3) The music automatically pauses for you.

Still anxiously awaiting the video ipod, but I did notice that the music pauses on my 4th generation ipod when the headphones get unplugged.
I always thought that was a really cool little feature. I agree, Apple excels at the details. I heard that they put in meticulous detail to even the sound that the click wheel makes as the user navigates.
