Back to Work

It's Tuesday, I guess most of us are back to work today. I had a pretty good vacation, it's always too short, but at least I'll get another shot at it this weekend. Besides church and family time, I managed to get a little bit of gaming in, and did end up seeing "Kong" and "Fun With Dick and Jane". Kong was LONNNNNNNNG. Why do they have to make movies over three hours long? I mean, it's a good movie, but do you have to do *that* much development? If I wanted that I'd have read the book, hahaha!

I forgot to go see the Rhema Christmas lights display, I'll have to do that this week before they take them down (I think on Jan 3rd or Jan 6th). Better to do while there's NOT a line of cars backed up a mile long.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I'm looking forward to my retirement from the music scene, this Saturday marks my final gig with Dynamo Hum. It's been a nice, fun job, and I've loved performing, but I will also love getting my weekends back. And not having to do direct deposit of my gig clothing to the laundry upon getting home because they stink so bad. :)
