Lamb!
Since a lot of times I get in the habit of blogging what fantastic creation Chuck's cooked up in the kitchen, I thought I'd mention the FABULOUS rack of lamb that he made last night.

I think lamb is now my most favorite meat. Pity it's so expensive, but it's kinda nice to splurge every now and then. So I basically got my favorite meat last night for dinner and my favorite sushi for lunch (sea urchin) ;-). The lamb was SO incredibly tender, and his spices were olive oil, lemon pepper, and oregano, and perhaps a few secret ones I don't know about. Since we like our meat pretty rare, it was so incredibly tender that you didn't even need teeth to chew it. :)
Today it's off work at noon, lunch with Chuck and his dad, and then I disappear for one final shopping spree, which I am dreading dreading dreading. But then I'll be done, and time to wrap stuff.
Not sure if I'll blog until I get back to work on Tuesday, so have a fantastic Christmas and enjoy your families and each other.
