Shoulder
Well the heavy bag got a workout last night. I got a workout last night. And a spinning back fist to the heavy bag got me a dislocated shoulder last night. It popped out and popped right back in, but I think the damage has already been done.
Going to give it a few hours before going to the d-o-c-t-o-r (I have to spell it cause I'm a wuss). Will blog more later when I get the chance. Sorry bout taking the comments off yesterday, flying monkeys were after me. They're back up and working now. :)
In other news, let's all raise our 40's in the air and wave em like we just don't care!
Study: Homeless, unemployed favor malt liquor
WASHINGTON - Malt liquor, a type of beer that is higher in alcohol than other brews, is largely a drink of the homeless and unemployed, and is likely to be abused, U.S. researchers reported Monday.
What I wanna know is who gets the money for doing these studies? Can I get in line? It's like, "Gimme 10K and I'll show you the effects of alcohol consumption by a young angry teenage boy that listens to Slipknot." Um DUH!
