Stupid Fizzy Water
This is not the first time an Aquafina Sparkling Water has fizzed all over me like a 6th grader's shaken up Pepsi. What a start to a wonderful day. I think I'll be grumpy today, I'm female, it's in my contract. ;)

I gave up on "Geisha, A Life" about 3/4ths of the way through the book. The author's voice is just way too conceited, making her completely unlikeable to the point of irritation. Not to mention the book's many, many editing errors.
I say don't bother. I'm giving it two out of five stars.
On to "Running With Scissors" -- about 1/3rd of the way in, not as funny as David Sedaris, but still quite good writing, nonetheless. You wonder how much of it is an actual memoir, it's almost unbelievable in it's comedy of family drama.
